"Never saw Jeff and Jenny is a rude as can be. Offered nothing to lower my homeowners ins premium (which went up by $3000)...just kept wanting to sell me auto insurance several years in a row. Another insurance company agent suggest I lower my deductible and other things and spent about 40 mins. with Brandon only for JENNY again to call me back and say I had to do that a month earlier. She should be fired!"

"Impossible to get in contact with, voicemails left, emails sent and it's always a miracle when someone finally reaches out. if you need to makes changes and require documents for your business, this is not the agent to go with."

"My mother had a mess with an open Medicare PIP claim from 2011 that should have been closed years and Lauren spent a lot of time working out all the information and getting us the documentation that we needed. She was very sweet to my mom and took a lot of time with her. Great customer service!"
